Doug Moerschbacher started clean sweep professional cleaning services 25 years ago in 1994. offering commercial janitorial services only in the beginning. Doug saw the need for expansion into the residential cleaning services and has also evolved a separate business Doug’s Rug Care to serve the needs of oriental and area rug owners.

About Doug Moerschbacher
Born in Bellefonte, Doug went to Saint John’s Catholic School and graduated from Bellefonte High School in 1973. Doug then went on to study business administration at Harrisburg Area Community College. Clean Sweep has developed over the years into a company with 30 employees and is very active in our local community sponsoring and donating to charitable events.
Doug has 2 children and 3 grandchildren along with his wife Amanda and a spoiled rotten, black pug named Pugsley. He enjoys canoeing, spending time with his grandsons. Biking, hiking and hunting are his favorite things to do.
