Ford McNutt has been the owner of Professional Choice Mortgage since 2005, they are representing five mortgage lenders.
PCM is a loan originator with services that include refinancing and resolving special financing for folks with complicated circumstances. A special focus of PCM is to provide loans to incoming PSU new faculty and new State College residents.
Ford is a PSU accounting graduate who studied as an undergraduate in Jacksonville, Florida and Martinsburg, West Virginia. The first part of his career was spent in Northern Virginia working for Freddie-Mac as an examiner conducting audits. When the old Mid-State bank brought him to the State College area in 2012.
Ford enjoys all types of customers. He helps to educate new investor in the process and steps, so they are knowledgeable, and his team does it with efficiency and integrity. PCM has two assistants Angie & Laura who assist with the loan processing, customer service and guiding young buyers.
Ford is married to Michelle, and they have three kids, Sarah, Patrick and Nick who all live here in State College. Ford likes the State College environment and opportunities to enjoy life with their two golden retrievers. As a runner all his life at a ripe age he began competing in triathlon in 2018. It has been a bucket list desire and keeps him motivate and in great physical condition. By the end of 2021 he will complete nine triathlons in the eastern United States.
